From 15-minute ticket wipeout to full-on two-night takeover, Wilbert Ross proves his main character arc is officially here.
Call it a soft launch gone wild as artist Wilbert Ross just turned his first major solo concert into a two-night event after tickets for WRten sold out in just 15 minutes.
The July 25 show at the New Frontier Theater was originally meant to be a one-night milestone for his 10th anniversary in showbiz. But demand said otherwise. A Day 2 show on July 26 was quickly announced, and just as fast, it sold out within an hour.
The concert, produced by VAA Live, marks a major career checkpoint for Ross, who has steadily built his name from dance stages to music releases and acting gigs. Now, he’s stepping into full concert headliner mode and doing it sold out, twice.
With two back-to-back shows locked in, expectations are high for WRten to deliver not just nostalgia from his decade-long journey, but also a performance. And if ticket sales are any indication, the demand is very real.
Fresh off the success of Golden Scenery of Tomorrow, Ross and reel-tandem Bea Binene also announced their upcoming comeback project as they will star in the Philippine adaptation of Pee Mak, making 2026 an eventful year for the artist.
