CapEath, CapCo or CapFord—Who’s your ship?
- July 3, 2026
From CapEath, CapFord, to CapCo, meet the three pairings fueling the romance and rivalry in hit show You're My Favorite Song.
A love triangle, academic rivalry, and an unwavering friendship—You’re My Favorite Song is serving three distinct pairings that have viewers picking sides. Here’s a closer look at the ships at the center of the series.
At the center of the series is Angel, whose relationships with the people around her become just as important as her personal dreams. Each ship explores a different kind of connection, offering viewers their own reason to stay invested in the story.

CapEath
Among the series’ most anticipated pairings, CapEath reunites Caprice Cayetano and Heath Jornales in their first full television project together following the chemistry they built on Pinoy Big Brother.
The duo plays Angel and Miguel, whose lives become intertwined as they navigate school, family expectations, and the uncertainties of young love. While Miguel grapples with the pressures of early fame and the demands of his controlling father, Angel remains determined to fulfill her family’s dream of building a resort—putting both their ambitions and relationship to the test.
CapFord
For fans of the classic academic rival trope, CapFord pairs Angel with Calix, played by Clifford Brown.
As Brighton Bay Academy’s top student, Calix finds his position challenged when Angel arrives and quickly proves herself as a worthy competitor. Their rivalry intensifies after they’re chosen to represent the school in a regional competition, setting the stage for a dynamic where competition and chemistry begin to blur.
CapCo
Meanwhile, CapCo explores the quieter connection between Angel and Zion, portrayed by Marco Masa.
Reserved and often bullied, Zion’s life changes after Angel stands up for him. Inspired by her kindness, he becomes one of her closest confidants, gradually finding the courage to stand up for himself while remaining a constant source of support for the person who first believed in him.
