Xyriel Manabat Wins Best Actress for Stuck On You at Cinepanalo 2026

Xyriel Manabat takes home Best Actress at Puregold CinePanalo 2026, alongside other standout winners who celebrated Filipino filmmaking.

Xyriel Manabat has added another milestone to her growing acting career after winning Panalong Aktres at the 2026 Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival for her performance in “Stuck on You.”

Manabat’s win came after she faced Sassa Gurl of Multwoh (Patay na Patay Sa’yo) as the festival’s two nominees in the lead actress category. In Stuck on You, Manabat plays a heartbroken manicurista who accidentally gets caught up in a deadly conspiracy involving a hitman.  But Xyriel’s win was only one of the many highlights from this year’s CinePanalo awards night.

The biggest winner of the full-length category was Mono No Aware, which took home Pinakapanalong Pelikula and nine awards overall.

Juan Karlos Labajo also took home the Panalong Aktor award for his performance in “Mono No Aware,” adding another major recognition to the singer-actor’s growing filmography.

Zanjoe Marudo earned Panalong Pangalawang Aktor for his performance in “Apol of My Ai,” while Momoko Kobayashi won Panalong Pangalawang Aktres for “Mono No Aware.”

The festival also celebrated the next generation of Filipino performers. Zion Cruz won the Panalong Child Performer award for “Apol of My Ai.”

With established stars, emerging performers, and student filmmakers all taking the spotlight, this year’s Puregold CinePanalo once again showcased the range of stories and talent shaping Philippine cinema.

And for Xyriel, her Best Actress win marks another standout moment in a career that continues to evolve on the big screen.
