Before Comic-Con, BINI Lets Fans Tag Along Through Jhoanna’s Travel Vlog

Beyond the book's tropes, the trio trades glossy romance for terrifying vulnerability into an emotional masterclass in its most recent episode.

Before stepping onto one of the world’s biggest pop culture stages, BINI is letting fans experience the journey with them.

Ahead of the group’s upcoming San Diego Comic-Con 2026 appearance for DreamWorks Animation’s Forgotten Island, leader Jhoanna Robles shared a “day in my life” mini-vlog documenting the trip from a more personal perspective.

The vlog captures the quieter moments surrounding BINI’s overseas schedule. Jhoanna flips through her journal, responds to Viber messages, runs errands, and shares about dealing with jet lag, while fellow members make random cameos throughout the video.

The behind-the-scenes upload arrives just before another major international milestone for the Nation’s Girl Group. BINI is set to participate in the Forgotten Island panel at San Diego Comic-Con on July 24 at 10 a.m. PT (July 25 at 1 a.m. Philippine time) in Ballroom 20 of the San Diego Convention Center.

The group joins filmmakers Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado, alongside cast members H.E.R., Liza Soberano, and Dave Franco, as the official soundtrack artist behind the film’s original song, “A Parallel World.”

The DreamWorks feature also stars Dolly De Leon, Manny Jacinto, Lea Salonga, Jo Koy, and Ronny Chieng, making it one of the studio’s most Filipino-centered productions to date.

With “A Parallel World” now part of the film’s soundtrack, BINI continues to expand its international footprint—not only through music but also by helping introduce a distinctly Filipino story to audiences around the world.

And while Comic-Con will put the group in front of thousands of fans, Jhoanna’s latest vlog reminds Blooms that some of the most memorable moments happen before anyone steps onto the stage.
