ENHYPEN’s vampire universe has officially found itself in the company of one of the genre’s biggest franchises.

The K-pop group joined Catherine Hardwicke, director of the first Twilight film, along with franchise stars Ashley Greene and Peter Facinelli, for the “Bite Me: Calling All Vampires” panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The discussion explored how vampire stories have evolved across film, television, music, webtoons, and animation, placing ENHYPEN’s expanding DARK MOON universe alongside one of pop culture’s most recognizable supernatural sagas. 

The appearance marks another milestone in ENHYPEN’s growing presence beyond music. While the group has long embraced vampire-inspired storytelling through its albums and performances, DARK MOON has evolved into a multimedia franchise spanning webtoons, web novels, and original content—blurring the lines between K-pop and fantasy storytelling. 

During the panel, the members reflected on how vampires continue to resonate across generations, while sharing how DARK MOON has allowed them to explore the genre through music and storytelling. Their participation also highlighted K-pop’s increasing place within global pop culture spaces traditionally dominated by Hollywood franchises. 

For fans, the crossover felt especially fitting. Years after Twilight introduced a generation to modern vampire fiction, ENHYPEN has built its own mythology around the supernatural through DARK MOON, creating a new entry point for younger audiences.
