Actor Heath Jornales received a two-part birthday surprise from both his co-stars and fans while on set for their ongoing workshop for the upcoming GMA series You’re My Favorite Song.

During a break in rehearsals, co-stars Caprice Cayetano, Marco Masa, and Clifford organized a surprise celebration on location, briefly pausing preparations to greet Heath with a cake and greetings alongside the rest of the cast and production team. 

The moment was captured and shared online, highlighting the group’s growing bond as they prepare for the series.

Adding to the celebration, Heath was also surprised by fans who arranged a “special delivery” style setup placed at the back of a car, featuring birthday items and messages delivered directly to him as part of a coordinated fan effort. The gesture added a more personal, off-site layer to the celebration, complementing the on-set surprise.

The cast, who all came from Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0, have continued to work closely together following the show, with You’re My Favorite Song marking one of their first major scripted projects as an ensemble.

As filming preparations continue, the birthday surprises offered a glimpse of both on-screen and off-screen chemistry developing among the young cast ahead of the series’ rollout.
