KATSEYE announces “Pinky Up” comeback with April 9 release

Global girl group Katseye unveils teaser, rollout schedule, and comeback details ahead of Coachella performances this April.

Global girl group KATSEYE is gearing up for their next release with the upcoming single “Pinky Up,” officially set to drop on April 9, 2026.

Prior to the announcement, the group first hinted at the release of the “Oui Oui” teaser video on March 31, which featured a stylized version of the Mona Lisa with long, exaggerated nails.

The visual served as the first official glimpse into the comeback’s concept and overall aesthetic.

“Pinky Up” is expected to showcase a more energetic and experimental sound for the group, leaning into hyperpop and EDM influences following their earlier 2026 release “Internet Girl” and their 2025 EP Beautiful Chaos.

Leading up to the release, KATSEYE has mapped out a full rollout schedule, including concept photos, music video teasers, and a countdown live event. The single and its accompanying music video will officially drop at 9:00 AM PT (12:00 PM ET) on April 9.

The comeback arrives at a crucial moment for the group as they prepare for their debut at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, where they are slated to perform on April 10 and 17.

Meanwhile, member Manon Bannerman remains on temporary hiatus to focus on her health and wellbeing. While her participation in the comeback promotions has not been confirmed, ongoing fan speculation continues around a possible appearance during the group’s Coachella performances.

With a tightly packed teaser schedule and a major festival debut on the horizon, KATSEYE’s “Pinky Up” signals a defining chapter in the group’s fast-rising global trajectory.
