Laufey has built a loyal following on her blend of vintage jazz textures and painfully modern feelings, all wrapped in sweeping strings and diary-level honesty. “How I Get” fits right into that intimate, emotionally precise, and quietly devastating or equally enchanting track run in the way only she can deliver.
