Meet Zeen’s Campus Crushies: Class of 2025
- September 13, 2025
From classrooms to courts and hallways to hangouts, there are always those students who stand out just a little more than the rest. They are the ones who light up group chats, draw attention at org events, and carry themselves with a presence that people can’t help but notice.
This September, Zeen officially launches Campus Crushies: Class of 2025, a spotlight on standout students who embody what makes student life vibrant and unforgettable. Each month, four fresh faces will be introduced through photos, slambook profiles, and fun video features, before readers get the chance to vote for their favorite and crown the Campus Crushie of the month.
One of the first to be featured is Idrian Lim of De La Salle University Manila, a Business Management student, known for his laidback charm and social media presence as part of the Chinito Walkers. Idrian is into kickboxing and counts Goodfellas among his favorite films. A self-professed steak lover, he dreams of traveling the world with his friends. His easygoing motto, “Due tomorrow, do tomorrow,” reflects his relaxed approach to life, but behind that calm persona is someone who values meaningful connections and living in the moment.
Over at Far Eastern University, Chie Hiroshi is a BS Psychology student and influencer. With hobbies like painting and a fondness for classics such as The Notebook and Gossip Girl, Chie is as thoughtful as she is stylish. Oysters are her go-to indulgence, but her aspirations reach further: to become the woman of her own dreams. Guided by the mantra, “What you’re not changing, you’re choosing,” Chie embraces growth with both confidence and grace.
Representing Ateneo de Manila University is Marco Daos, a member of the FAST Swimming Team and an AB Interdisciplinary Studies student. Dedicated both in and out of the pool, Marco spends his free time bouldering and hiking. He is a fan of Suits and Grey’s Anatomy, and when it comes to food, he never says no to steak or tacos. Marco’s dream is one that resonates with many—retiring his parents—and his guiding principle, “Find the balance in the chaos,” definitely shows how his grounded determination matches his athletic drive.
Completing this month’s lineup is Zoe Georgina from National University Laguna, an AB Communication student and rising content creator best known for her “Zoe’s Diary” vlogs. With a love for makeup and storytelling, Zoe has built an online presence that resonates with her peers. She enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy and favors bold comfort food like Buldak Samyang Carbonara. Her dream is cinematic and heartfelt: to marry in Tuscany with an orchestra playing Lana Del Rey as she walks down the aisle in a timeless lace gown. Zoe lives by the saying, “Life is short,” and her personality reflects that mix of fearlessness and romanticism.
Getting to know this year’s Crushies also reminds us of the small things that make student life more manageable. With the semester in full swing, many students lean on everyday essentials to keep up with the pace. A Chako Lab tumbler is perfect for staying refreshed on long days, while a Sunnies cap brings both function and flair to daily outfits. For a quick boost between classes, Nutrifizz offers an easy energy fix. And for those who love to keep things organized (or simply enjoy adding personality to their notes), Flying Tiger stationery has become a favorite. These essentials may not change the workload, but they definitely make the ride smoother.
