DustBia fans are going beyond their mutual love and support for Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera as they once again turned their support into action, organizing relief efforts for communities affected by the recent flooding in Hagonoy, Bulacan.

From helping jeepney drivers with gasoline expenses to providing school supplies and relief assistance, supporters of Dustin and Bianca have been mobilizing resources to help residents affected by the flooding.

Hagonoy has been among the areas heavily affected by recent flooding, with government agencies and private groups also conducting relief operations for families whose daily lives and livelihoods were disrupted by the disaster.

The fan-led initiative follows previous efforts by the DustBia community to extend help beyond fandom activities, specifically DustBia Bulacan and DYUniverse.

Earlier this year, fans organized assistance for jeepney drivers amid rising fuel costs, with the initiative receiving recognition from Dustin and Bianca themselves.

This time, the community has redirected its efforts toward Hagonoy residents, helping provide essentials to those affected by the floods. Their relief operations reportedly include assistance for transportation workers as well as school supplies and other necessities for families and children.

While fan communities are often known for organizing streaming parties, projects, and celebrations for their favorite artists, DustBia supporters are showing another side of fandom, one that brings people together for causes beyond the celebrities they support.

As flood-hit communities continue to recover, every form of assistance can make a difference. And for these fans, supporting Dustin and Bianca has also become a way of extending that support to others.

From fandom to community action, DustBia fans are proving that sometimes, support can go beyond the people you support.
