Nxled Chameleons Adds Five New Faces Ahead of PVL Season

Nxled Chameleons are shaking up their roster ahead of the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference, announcing five new signings on Tuesday as the team leans into a fresh rebuild.

Headlining the additions are former Petro Gazz Angels players Jonah Sabete, Djanel Cheng, and Ranya Musa. Their move comes in the wake of Petro Gazz filing leave of absence from the league, a shift that released several key players into the market and reshaped team lineups across the PVL. Nxled moved quickly, securing talents with league experience and familiarity with high-level competition.

The Chameleons also added veteran Aby Maraño from Chery Tiggo and Aduke Ogunsanya from Choco Mucho, further strengthening the squad with players known for consistency and versatility on court. The mix of former champions and tested contributors suggests a more balanced and competitive lineup heading into the new conference.

These signings follow a round of departure with Jaila Atienza, Maji Mangulabnan, Lycha Ebon, Rachel Jorvina and Jaja Maraguinot, as the team continues to reset its core.

With new pieces in place and roles opening up, Nxled appears focused on building chemistry early and setting a stronger tone for the 2026 season. As the All-Filipino Conference approaches, theit latest moves mark one of the more active roster updates so far, signaling a team eager to turn the page and make noise in the next PVL chapter.
