Halloween has come and gone, but our local celebrities made sure that no stone (or cobwebs!) were left unturned. From nostalgic couple costumes to full-on fantasy glam, the assignment was clear: go big or get ghosted.
Screen Queens and Scroll-Stoppers
Even before the parties began, few of our favorites had dropped their entries online, filling netizen’s feeds with their own brand of spooky seasonal flair.
Musician couple Raphaela Ridao of Cup of Joe and Keanna Magracia charmed fans with their couple’s costume as Kiki and Tombo from Studio Ghibli Kiki’s Delivery Service. Their take on the beloved duo struck the perfect mix of nostalgic and stylish with Magracia in Kiki’s signature navy dress and red bow and Ridao in Tombo’s classic stripes and round glasses.

Beauty and fashion TikTok creator Joshua Cruz went the pop-diva route, channeling British singer-songwriter and producer Raye with precision on the glossy glam, bold liner, and an attitude that screamed “stage-ready” that left their fans floored!

Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition Big Winner Mika Salamanca served dark witch energy with her own cinematic trilogy. On her Instagram posts, Salamanca is draped in a sleek black dress with ruffled edges and the scarlet lip that gives off elegance and mischief while suspended midair with a broom, seated on a huge jack-o’-lantern, and standing face to face with an evil clone.
Maris Racal went on full display of the uncanny and iconic Shake, Rattle, and Roll 3’s Undin but glammed up and bedazzled. Racal wore a slimy green dress mimicking the horror character’s skin, accessorized with a glittered toilet seat based on Undin’s original appearance as her headdress to complete the look.

While the online world was buzzing with these entries, things took a darker, glossier turn at The New Nocturnals, a Halloween event hosted by Raymond Gutierrez and his creative partner Ashleigh Rye.
Andrea Brillantes AKA Blythe arrived as a Black Cat, sleek and mystical with feline energy and a confidence that could rival any movie anti-heroine. The look was striking, proving that she always goes all-outgoes all-out for Halloween—something her fans always anticipate.

Brillantes also uploaded two other entries that captivated her fans as an Alien Princess and the iconic King Kylie ensemble as an homage to the popular Kylie Jennner era in 2014.
Drag artists Khianna and Shewarma gave the crowd what they came for—performance and power. Khianna stunned in a high-drama, edgy red ensemble fit for a midnight queen, while Shawarma earned gasps (and laughs) with her spot-on parody of Sarah Discaya. Carrying a “ghost project” briefcase, the drag artist’s satirical nod to flood-control controversies turned political commentary into performance art, a reminder that drag is both theater and truth-telling.
Rounding out the star-studded night, actress and Binibining Pilipinas 2025 1st runner-up Dalia Varde brought pageant elegance to the party as the Morningstar’s muse.

Barbie Imperial claimed Metro’s Best Dressed at the event. Her dark siren look featured a sheer black gown adorned with fins and tentacles which channeled pure cinematic allure.

Halloween may be over, but the visuals from this year’s stars are here to haunt our feeds for a while longer. Between online showstoppers and The New Nocturnals’ spectacle, local celebrities proved that in 2025, the spooky season isn’t just about tricks and treats, but also a full-blown fashion season of its own.
