The hunt isn’t over just yet.

Disney Plus’ hit Korean action-thriller ‘A Shop for Killers’ is officially returning for Season 2, promising a bigger story, more explosive action, and dangerous new enemies waiting around every corner.

Following the success of its first season, Lee Dong Wook reprises his role as the mysterious former mercenary Jeong Jin Man, while Kim Hye Jun returns as Jeong Ji An, who survived the deadly events that unfolded inside the seemingly ordinary shopping mall that secretly catered to assassins.

Season 2 expands the story beyond what fans saw in the first season, introducing a new international thread and a wider network of assassins, raising the stakes for Ji An as she continues to navigate the dangerous world her uncle left behind.

Adding even more excitement, the new season welcomes several fresh faces to the cast, signaling new alliances, rivalries, and enemies that could reshape the series. While Disney+ has yet to reveal the full plot, the production promises larger scale action sequences and a story that reaches beyond South Korea.

The first season became a fan favorite for blending intense gunfights, emotional storytelling, and stylish action, earning praise for its fast paced narrative and standout performance from Lee Dong Wook and Kim Hye Jun.

Season 2 will be aired on July 22 until August 12 every Wednesday at Disney+. 

With production now underway, fans are already looking forward to seeing how Ji An’s journey continues and whether Jin Man’s past will once again catch up with everyone around him.

One thing’s for sure: the shop is reopening and business is about to get even deadlier.
