Dazzling lights of the castles are once again alive with the sound of string quartets as the spotlight now shifts to another Bridgerton sibling. 

Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson is finally stepping into the center of the ballroom as Netflix’s fourth installment adapts the fan-favorite An Offer from a Gentleman. This is a sweeping, “Cinderella-esque” romance that pits the bohemian freedom of the second son against the rigid class barriers of the Regency era.

The focus of this year’s search is the “Lady in Silver,” portrayed by newcomer Yerin Ha. Her character, Sophie Baek, navigates life as a resourceful maid under a formidable employer. This shift in perspective opens up the “downstairs” world of the ton, introducing us to a new family of antagonists: Katie Leung joins the cast as the steely Lady Araminta Gun, alongside Michelle Mao and Isabella Weias the social-climbing stepsisters, Rosamund and Posy Li.

Of course, the family tree remains as lush as ever. 

Expect to see the return of Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley(Kanthony) alongside Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton (Polin), who are now navigating their roles as the established couples of the family. The season also welcomes back the formidable Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) and the ever-watchful Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell), ensuring that while the romantic leads change, the heartbeat of the Bridgerton household remains intact.

Following the successful rollout of the previous season, Benedict’s story is split into two distinct acts. Part 1, which debuted today, January 29, 2026, introduces the high-stakes masquerade ball in “The Waltz” and leads viewers through the first four chapters of this emotional tug-of-war. Part 2 is slated for release on February 26, 2026, where the final four episodes including the grand finale, “Dance in the Country” will determine if Benedict can truly find a middle ground between his artistic fantasy and Sophie’s reality.
