VXON’s C13 shares heartfelt reunion with ONE PACT’s Jay Chang

Eight years after first meeting on Under Nineteen, the two artists reunited during Jay Chang's Philippine visit

VXON leader C13 had a heartfelt reunion with K-pop artist Jay Chang, sharing that it was the first time the two had seen each other in eight years.

In a Facebook post, C13 uploaded photos with the ONE PACT member, writing:

“[It] Was great seeing my brother Jay Chang again after 8 years!!! Thank you for having the time to support us VXON! I’ll see you in KR again soon.”

The reunion comes during Jay’s first visit to the Philippines, where the Filipino-American singer met local fans and fulfilled a longtime goal of visiting his mother’s home country.

Longtime followers of both artists may remember that C13 and Jay first crossed paths in 2018 as contestants on the South Korean survival program Under Nineteen. While neither made the show’s final debut lineup, both eventually carved out their own paths in the music industry.

C13 went on to debut as the leader and main rapper of P-pop group VXON in 2022, while Jay later joined K-pop boy group ONE PACT after competing on Boys Planet. He also became part of the project vocal group B.D.U through Build Up: Vocal Boy Group Survivor.

Their reunion offered fans a full-circle moment—bringing together two artists whose journeys began on the same survival show before finding success in the P-pop and K-pop scenes years later.
