Organizer: ZEEN Media Group (“ZEEN”, “the Organizer”)
By participating in the Zeen Campus Crushies voting initiative, you (“the Voter”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility and Voting Rules
Each individual is permitted one (1) vote only throughout the entire voting period.
Any attempt to submit fraudulent, automated, bulk, or multiple votes shall result in the immediate disqualification of the vote(s) and, if necessary, the voter.
The Organizer’s decision on all voting matters, including but not limited to vote validity and final tallying, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
2. Vote Counting & Final Tallying
All valid votes will be collected through Zeen’s designated voting platforms only.
At the close of the voting period, the Organizer will conduct a comprehensive review and validation of all entries to remove duplicates, fraudulent, or non-compliant votes.
The final tally will be compiled from the pool of verified votes only.
The results will be announced publicly through Zeen’s official channels.
The Organizer reserves the right to withhold or adjust results should discrepancies, irregularities, or technical issues be identified during the validation process.
3. Data Privacy, Research & Marketing Consent
Personal details collected during the voting process will be used strictly for verification purposes and may also be utilized for research and audience insights to improve Zeen’s programs and initiatives.
By voting, you expressly authorize the Organizer to include you in Zeen’s newsletters, updates, and email marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
All collected information shall remain confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
4. Disclaimer
Zeen and its partners are not affiliated with any school, institution, or personality featured in the voting.
The initiative is organized solely to highlight, recognize, and celebrate the voices of the community.
5. Community Conduct
By casting your vote, you agree to participate with utmost respect toward fellow voters, nominees, and the community.
You commit to supporting the mission of Zeen to champion the voices of young Filipinos, upholding values of inclusivity, positivity, and empowerment.
6. Giveaway Notice
As a token of appreciation, a special giveaway will be held for voters.
One (1) winner will be selected per platform: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash.
7. Liability & Rights Reserved
The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, internet disruptions, unauthorized access, lost entries, or delays that may affect the integrity of the voting or giveaway process.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the voting and/or giveaway at any time, without prior notice, should unforeseen circumstances arise or if the integrity of the process is compromised.
